Pete Isaacson, Owner/Master Butcher

Pete began his butcher profession by graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Meat Science at Oregon State University in 2006...


Prior to launching Mid Valley Processing in 2021, Pete's meat cutting experience consisted of:

  1. Washington Beef (USDA) from 2006 to 2011
  2. Dayton Natural (USDA) from 2011 to 2016
  3. Calapoolia Grass Fed (USDA) from 2016 to 2021.

Jodie Isaacson, Owner/Business Manager

Jodie manages the day to day operation and scheduling.

Mid Valley Processing Staff

We are a small family business with a total of 4 employees.  Our goal is to provide exceptional mobile processing and custom butcher service.
